Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing fixmyrobotics.com or submitting a service request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.
2. Independent Service Provider
FixMyRobots, Inc. is an independent robot maintenance and repair service provider. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any robot manufacturer or brand referenced on this site.
All brand names, trademarks, and product names are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely to identify the equipment we service. Use of these names does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
3. Services
FixMyRobots provides robot maintenance, repair, calibration, and related services as described on this website. All services are subject to a separate service agreement or work order executed between FixMyRobots and the customer prior to work commencing.
Submission of a quote request through this website does not constitute a binding service contract. A contract is formed only upon execution of a written service agreement or work order, or upon commencement of services with the customer's express authorization.
4. Medical and Surgical Robotic Systems
Certain robotic systems — including surgical and medical robots — are regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Service on such devices may require compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (21 CFR Part 820) and other applicable regulations.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that any service performed on FDA-regulated equipment meets all applicable regulatory requirements for their facility and jurisdiction. FixMyRobots will work with customers to meet applicable compliance requirements and will disclose any limitations prior to commencing work on regulated medical devices.
5. Response Time Estimates
Response times stated on this website (e.g., "4-hour average response") are estimates based on historical performance in covered metro areas. They are not guaranteed service level agreements and do not constitute contractual commitments. Actual response times may vary based on technician availability, location, weather, demand, and other factors.
Guaranteed response time SLAs are available under written Maintenance or Fleet contracts and are binding only to the extent specified in those agreements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- FixMyRobots' total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to FixMyRobots for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim
- FixMyRobots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, equipment downtime costs, or production losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages
- FixMyRobots is not liable for pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or damage caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to power surges, environmental conditions, or operator error
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. FixMyRobots warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Performing independent repair or maintenance on robotic equipment does not void any manufacturer warranty that is protected under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act or applicable state Right to Repair laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on fixmyrobotics.com — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of FixMyRobots, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. No license to use such marks is granted by these Terms.
9. Testimonials and Case Studies
Testimonials and customer scenarios presented on this website represent individual experiences and results. Results vary based on robot type, condition, location, and other factors. Testimonials are not guarantees of future outcomes.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Miami, Florida.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
